Yeovil Creative Writers
is a group that meets on many alternate Thursdays (see dates below) in THE JOHNSON STUDIO of THE OCTAGON THEATRE, HENDFORD,YEOVIL, BA20 1UX
Amongst group members are published, aspiring and those writers interested in writing occasionally as a hobby. Members work includes novels, short stories, poems, plays and children's stories.
Typical meetings can include members' news, opportunities to read and discuss work in progress, themed meetings, short writing exercises or workshops.
We welcome new members to observe and to take part; come along we're a friendly lot. The main purpose of discussion of work is to encourage and give constructive comments to help the author.
MEETING DATES, Thursdays at 7.30pm (to 9.30pm) in The Johnson Studio of the Octagon. (On occasion there may be a three week interval if the room is not available but we will endeavour to find another venue.)
